Venice, FL – Village on The Isle, a faith-based Life Plan Community in Venice, Florida, has welcomed the first residents to its newly completed independent living expansion. The community began move-ins in late July, and is projected to reach 50% occupancy within the first 30 days, marking the project’s transition from construction into its planned fill-up period.

The project encompasses approximately 128,000 square feet of new development, including two residential buildings with 54 independent living residences, a new wellness pavilion, related common areas and parking, as well as capital improvements across the existing campus.

The Core Wellness Pavilion serves as a central feature of the expansion, bringing an indoor fitness center, pickleball courts, and a dedicated spa area to the campus alongside Brezza, a new restaurant and bar offering indoor and outdoor dining. An outdoor zero-entry pool with lap lanes and jetted benches adds to the wellness offerings available across the expanded campus.
