As part of its continued leadership evolution, Greystone has named Stuart Jackson Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, reflecting the strategic leadership he has provided across the organization for many years. In this role, Stuart will continue to align enterprise growth initiatives with market intelligence, operational execution, and Greystone’s integrated advisory platform—bridging planning, finance, development, marketing, and operations to support consistent client outcomes.

Stuart has spent more than two decades advancing the firm's enterprise coordination, strategic planning capabilities, and client advisory work. His background in accounting and financial advisory informs a distinctive ability to connect financial rigor with operational strategy. Over his tenure, Stuart has guided boards and leadership teams through complex development, repositioning, and growth initiatives, and is a recognized voice in the senior living industry through his work facilitating leadership retreats and speaking at national conferences.

"Stuart has been integral to how we think about growth and how we align our capabilities to serve clients," said Mark Andrews, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Greystone. "This role doesn't change what Stuart does—it acknowledges the leadership he's already providing and positions him to expand that impact as the senior living industry evolves."

Commenting on his role in advancing the firm’s growth, Stuart said:

“At Greystone, growth and thought leadership are rooted in our people and our ability to collaborate and drive meaningful change. This strengthens our clients’ ability to excel in serving residents. In this role, I look forward to continuing to empower our teams to lead with clarity, accountability, and shared purpose. By partnering closely with our clients, we create meaningful impact for the residents and communities they serve.”

Leadership Continuity and Enterprise Alignment

Greystone’s leadership evolution reflects a long-standing approach rooted in continuity and internal development. For more than four decades, the firm has prioritized building leadership capacity from within—ensuring that enterprise growth is guided by leaders with deep foundational knowledge, trusted client relationships, and a shared commitment to Greystone’s values.

The firm’s enterprise leadership team plays a critical role in translating strategy into execution across planning, development, finance, marketing, operations, and client service. This coordinated approach supports consistency, accountability, and alignment as Greystone continues to expand its advisory impact nationwide.

As part of this ongoing leadership evolution, Greystone will continue to share insights into the roles and contributions of its enterprise leadership team, including Mindy Cheek, Justin Spooner, Julie Holt, and other long-tenured leaders who help shape the firm’s strategic direction and client outcomes.

Mark Andrews and John Spooner continue to serve as Co-Chief Executive Officers, with responsibility for enterprise leadership, long-term strategic direction, and governance oversight.
