Greystone is pleased to announce Brad Straub as President. In this expanded role, Brad assumes responsibility for the delivery and coordination of Greystone’s client services, including consulting, development advisory, marketing, and management services.

Over his career at Greystone, Brad has built deep trust with clients through disciplined strategic thinking, strong relationship leadership, and a consistent focus on execution. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning Greystone’s advisory capabilities with client outcomes across market positioning, financial performance, and governance-level decision-making.

“Brad embodies the values that define Greystone—integrity, accountability, and collaborative leadership,” said John Spooner, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Greystone. “He has earned the confidence of our clients and our teams through both results and character. His appointment as President formally recognizes the leadership he has long provided and the central role he will continue to play in Greystone’s future.”

Commenting on his expanded role, Brad said:

“I’m honored to continue serving Greystone and our clients in this expanded capacity. Our work has always been about aligning mission, market, and financial stewardship through thoughtful advisory services. As the industry grows more complex, our role as strategic partners becomes even more important, and I’m excited to build on Greystone’s strong foundation.”

Expanded Enterprise Leadership Team

Greystone’s day-to-day operations and client services are led by a seasoned team of long-tenured executives, including Brad Straub, Stuart Jackson, Mindy Cheek, Justin Spooner, Julie Holt and others. Collectively, this group oversees operational execution, client service delivery, group leadership, business development, and administrative functions. We will share expanded details on this team soon.

As part of the expanded structure:

  • Stuart Jackson will lead Greystone’s business development and partner relationship strategies, focusing on deepening long-term client partnerships and expanding the firm’s national presence.
  • Group leaders will continue to oversee their respective disciplines with increased coordination and enterprise-level alignment.

This leadership continuity ensures stability while supporting responsible growth and consistent client experience across Greystone’s platform.

Continued Enterprise Leadership

Mark Andrews and John Spooner will continue to serve as Co-Chief Executive Officers, with primary responsibility for enterprise leadership, long-term strategic direction, cultural stewardship, and governance oversight.

This structure allows Greystone to balance strategic continuity with operational excellence as the firm continues to expand its advisory impact nationwide.
