Atlanta, GA – Greystone is proud to announce that Canterbury Court, a continuing care retirement community in Atlanta, Georgia, has exceeded 90% occupancy in the last phase of its Enrichment Project that began construction in fall 2021.  The last phase of the project included the renovation of the second and third floors of its Club and Peachtree towers into new independent living apartments. This milestone reflects sustained market demand and disciplined leadership within one of Atlanta’s most established senior living communities.
