The global effort to reduce and slow the spread of COVID-19 has created unprecedented challenges to people and businesses around the world. As reported cases of the virus in the U.S. continue to rise, the Greystone team is committed to doing what we can to mitigate the spread of the virus while still delivering the level of service you have come to expect from us.

What Has Changed

At Greystone, we place the utmost importance on the health and safety of our employees, clients, and business partners. That’s why we have implemented a work-from-home policy for our corporate employees for at least the next two weeks, with the potential to extend that if deemed necessary.

We know most, if not all, communities have implemented restrictions on visitors and understand your need to protect your residents and staff. We have asked our teams to postpone non-essential travel for the near future and plan to conduct meetings via Skype or Zoom calls and videoconferences.

Additionally, every Greystone employee has been asked to document their travel details for the last two weeks as well as any future travel plans in order to mitigate any risk to our office and your communities and teams. Should any information come to light regarding a Greystone employee’s potential or confirmed exposure to COVID-19, we will communicate with those who have had contact with that employee as soon as possible. In the same vein, we ask that you continue to have open lines of communication with us if any potential or confirmed exposure is discovered on your end.

What Hasn’t Changed

Our teams have the technology to conduct business remotely for as long as necessary and are committed to maintaining the same level of professionalism and service that is the hallmark of Greystone. As we continue to evolve our processes and schedules, we will work with you to migrate in-person meetings to virtual meetings and postpone any non-essential travel to a future date.

We know that each community and the scope of each project is different and comes with its own set of unique challenges. We are committed to partnering with you to adapt our processes and attempt to reduce disruptions so that we can continue to meet your needs, requirements, and deadlines.

As this situation evolves, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team if you have any questions or concerns. For the latest information and recommendations, please visit these federal and industry experts:

Thank you for your trust in our organization, and we wish you and yours the best.
