Greystone is proud to announce that Aberdeen Ridge, a Life Plan community in Colorado Springs, CO, celebrated the grand opening of its final building in June 2026, completing all levels of living and marking the capstone in the development of the 15-acre campus.

Owned and operated by PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America®), a faith-based, not-for-profit organization headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, Aberdeen Ridge is part of a network of senior living communities dedicated to serving seniors through mission-driven care and services. Independent living residences first opened in October 2024, and today the community has achieved 70% occupancy, reflecting strong market acceptance and demand in the Colorado Springs region.

Situated on a 15-acre campus near Garden of the Gods, Aberdeen Ridge encompasses more than 360,000 square feet and includes 171 independent living residences, 40 assisted living residences, and 24 memory support assisted living residences. The community combines panoramic views of Pikes Peak with amenities that encourage an active and connected lifestyle.

From planning through implementation, the project reflected a commitment to thoughtful design, wellness-focused amenities, and a resident-centered approach to healthy aging.
