Sales School is Greystone's signature training program for sales and marketing professionals. Crafted from Greystone's 40+ years of expertise and leadership within the senior living industry, attendees will be able to gain confidence in proven sales techniques designed to maximize their potential and close more sales.

Attendees will grow in their knowledge of the various senior living options including independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and long-term care as well as competitor contracts available to prospects within their markets. As a result of attending Sales School 2024 attendees will be able to:

1. Speak confidently about the various senior living options including independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and long-term care as well as competitor contracts available to prospects in their markets.
2. Conduct strong discovery using positive communication and persuasion tactics.
3. Differentiate themselves from the competition through creative follow-up strategies.
4. Overcome objection fatigue by turning hesitancy into opportunity and increase closing ratios.
