Securing a Successful Survey Outcome: Writing an Effective Plan of Correction | Mark Mitchener and Megan Green

Managing a successful survey in the current environment can be costly when not done correctly. Communities are required to submit an acceptable Plan of Correction; those who submit an ineffective plan or fail to submit one entirely face the risk of non-compliance, which could ultimately result in the provider agreement being terminated. This presentation will discuss how a realization of the components of a Plan of Correction can alleviate the community's anxiety and result in a favorable survey outcome.
