The Greystone Health Care Retreat brings together clinical and operational leaders to engage in focused discussion on the strategies, challenges, and priorities shaping today’s senior care environment. Designed for administrators, Directors of Nursing, and care leaders, the retreat centers on practical approaches to strengthening care delivery, aligning teams, and navigating the increasing complexity of healthcare operations.

Attendees will engage in peer-driven dialogue and expert-led sessions that reflect real-world operating conditions—balancing quality outcomes, workforce demands, regulatory requirements, and evolving expectations across communities.
